This training session will help you to tailor your social media strategies on controversial topics. It will help to improve the quality of your posts, and it will provide helpful advice on managing social media discussions, particularly on Facebook.

About the Presenter

Brian Lambie, President of Redbrick Communications, is a sought-after trainer and conference speaker who focuses on media relations, social media use and issues management. For many years, he has designed and delivered training programs for organizations such as the Southern Ontario Library Service, the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO), and the Association of Municipal Managers Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO). He is a Facebook ‘Power Admin’, who moderates a 6,000 member neighbourhood Facebook Group in Mississauga. His COVID Communications Guide for Elected Officials was voted a “Top Ten Read of 2020” in Municipal World Magazine.
