The Non-Full-Time (NFT) Expansion Plan Change comes into effect January 1, 2023. This means the current eligibility requirement for non-full-time employees to join the Plan will be removed so that all non-full-time employees may elect to join the Plan at any time. This session will prepare you for this Plan Change by providing guidance on:

• Understanding this Plan change and what it means
• Defining "NFT"
• Process and timelines for offering enrolment to your existing NFT employees
• The offer process for NFT employees hired on and after January 1, 2023
• How to upload and submit NFT information to OMERS via e-access
