In 2010, Ontario passed the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and then over the next six years, worked to create standards in the designated areas of Customer Service, Employment, Information and Communication, Transportation and Design of Public Spaces. Using the government’s webpages, this webinar will provide an overview of current AODA requirements and point to where you can find helpful information and templates. It will also cover best practices for creating accessible libraries.
Please note: this session will be recorded and made available as a Webinar Recording on LearnHQ for one year.
