In order to submit a nomination, the Author/Illustrator Nomination Form and Indigenous Identity Statement (linked below) must be uploaded to this submission. More information towards the end of the page.

The title was written and/or illustrated by an Indigenous creator
The publisher will send 6 copies of the nominated title to: GoodMinds; Six Nations of the Grand River Territory; 188 Mohawk Street; Brantford, ON N3S 2X2 Canada
The publisher will upload a cover image, author photo, and digital copy of the title.
The publisher will make 250 copies of the title available if selected as winner.
If selected as the winner, the publisher will display the FNCR selected title sticker on print and digital editions.
The publisher will share relevant marketing/sales information if the title is selected

A submission is considered complete when all requested files are either: 1) submitted within the this online form; or 2) emailed to ncooper@olservice.ca and the rest of the form is completed and submitted.
